1. General Disclaimer and Educational Purpose All IPO-related information, including Grey Market Premiums (GMPs), is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only. GMP values reflect market speculation and may not accurately represent actual subscription levels or performance. IPO Prime does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements of any IPO. Users are advised to make independent decisions and consult a SEBI-registered advisor before applying for any IPO.
2. User Responsibility and Liability By using IPO Prime: You accept full responsibility for your IPO investments, including any profits or losses incurred. You acknowledge that IPO Prime and its team shall not be held liable for any financial decisions made based on the content presented. You confirm that you apply for IPOs on behalf of yourself or your immediate family only. Bids placed via third-party accounts (bank or UPI) are entirely at your own risk and may result in rejection. You are solely responsible for verifying your application number in the IPO Prime app before authorizing any payment or mandate.
3. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property All content, design, data, trademarks, source code, and other intellectual property on IPO Prime are the exclusive property of IPO Prime unless otherwise noted. You may not: Copy, redistribute, republish, or commercially use any material without prior written consent. Modify or exploit content for non-personal or commercial purposes. Any breach of these rights may result in legal action and discontinuation of services.
4. Account Security and Access Control You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. IPO Prime will not be responsible for any loss, misuse, or breach resulting from leaked or shared login information. Unauthorized attempts to gain access to the platform, its services, or backend systems are strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
5. HNI Applications and Bidding Rules HNI (High Net Worth Individual) category bids cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Cancelling an HNI bid with the intention to apply under the retail category will not result in cancellation through the exchange. You are responsible for managing any payment blocks or cancellations related to your applications.
6. Accuracy and Data Reliability All content and data are provided on an “as-is, where-is” basis without warranties of any kind. IPO Prime does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented. The platform is not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or omissions, including those caused by third parties or technical failures.
7. Service Interruptions and Changes We may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the app for maintenance, upgrades, or internal improvements without prior notice. IPO Prime reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or service at any time at its sole discretion.
8. Third-Party Links and Content IPO Prime may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse, verify, or control the content on these external sites. Accessing third-party content is done at your own risk, and we assume no responsibility for any resulting damages or losses.
9. Indemnity Clause By using IPO Prime, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPO Prime, its officers, directors, affiliates, and team members against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from: Your use of the application. Any breach of these terms. Actions by third parties resulting from your use or misuse of information from IPO Prime.
10. Registration, Suspension & Termination IPO Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user at any time without notice, particularly in cases of misuse or breach of these terms. We may deny access or deactivate accounts based on our internal policies and risk assessment.
11. Jurisdiction and Legal Governance These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Use of IPO Prime in any jurisdiction where these terms are not fully enforceable is unauthorized.
12. Acknowledgement and Agreement By continuing to use IPO Prime, you: Confirm that you have read and understood the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) before applying for any IPO. Agree to all the above conditions as a binding agreement between you and IPO Prime.
